This was such a nice theater little on the expensive side $14 for our tickets @ 11:40 AM but it was worth the experience. They have an old school theme and charm to the theater, before our show some commercials played for some old school films which was dope.

Service was great you have to fill out the little paper at your seat and push the button and the food will be brought to your table. We had one tab and split it so the total was around $130 I think + tips.

Movie experience was wonderful good surround sound where you don’t feel the vibrations and included subtitles in our feature. No delays but I do want to warn first time visitors there is a strict no phone or talking policy at this theater. After your first warning you will be escorted out so this would be a good theater to try on a date night or friend’s night out I don’t recommend bringing your kids to this one since children tend to be talkative and just get excited during their fav movies. Although you can’t talk it still works well for the atmosphere and you get locked into the world of the movie it was a fun experience.

Just my personal opinion but overall great theater, great food, great service, wonderful experience.

Overpriced, kind of a mess. The lights below the swivel-food-tables distract from watching the movie. Go to a normal theater.

Had fun watching Batman and every other time I’ve come here has been good too!

Front desk staff was rude and the food was really bad , especially for what it’s priced . Was missing ítems , you’re better off at a different location.

Love the big comfy seats, and having the food delivered straight to my seat. Makes taking the kids so much easier and more fun. They have vegetarian and vegan options, and NA beer. Sometimes the is popcorn nauseatingly over buttered, so I usually ask for light butter. Quality can be variable. The adult chicken finger portion is sometimes too small for me, though tasty. The cauliflower wings have been wildly inconsistent, sometimes great and recently a weird mush. The last four times I’ve been the milk shakes have been unavailable for one reason or another to my kids chagrin. I like this place, but wish food quality and service were more consistent!

Worst Alamo location. Servers will lie about taking your order. They also do not check to see if you need anything during the film when you have followed the instructions to click the button and flip up your order card. They have never brought my food out on time.

Ok food. Would not order the mains again. Drinks/cookies were good so I'll probably just stick to those next time.

Server had to come back multiple times after we put in our food order - first to ask what I meant by a line item (even though it exactly matches the name in the menu), second to tell me they were out of that item The food came out in random order at very different times. Then we realized they forgot to bring water (which we had ordered) so we had to put in another request. Finally, they had put the wrong items on the receipt and overcharged us - thankfully they quickly corrected it once we explained the problem, although it took some time to hunt down the server after the movie ended.

Parking is very easily validated.

Seats are very spacious and comfortable.

Clean and GREAT service! Food came out fast (10 min for my burger and fries) and was good. A little pricey for the food, but to be expected. Definitely worth the experience!

Every time for the past year or so with & without Alamo season pass, save yourself the hassle & convenience & go to crystal city or any other Alamo within the US, the DC BRYANT ST NE locations food service & quality is abysmal. They gave us crumbs as chips & when we asked for the included extra refill of chips we’ve been given previously at other visits & locations they tried to up charge us until we spoke to a manager about it yet both managers were contradicting each other where one named neal or whatever(short light skin), was claiming they aren't free & the older/taller black darker skin manager told me they were free?! (Also claiming the staff that denied me my chips was wrong) i had to sort it out of the movie for 10 minutes with these incompetent workers. Make it make sense yo! besides the seats not being able to go all the way back & no underlights for the menus like other locations, the floor staff take a minimum of 15 minutes to get to you when you press your button. So make sure to have your order ready for you might not be able to get serviced, then they wonder why a tip aint on that bill moe. Take your service fee & shove it upstairs!

They start strong, but consistently, anything I order after my initial order takes forever. Spicy buffalo pizza is my favorite.

Always enjoy seeing a film here!

The screen is big. The chairs are very comfortable. It’s pretty easy access by metro. Parking is also very available.
The 3 star rating is unfortunately awarded. Concession issues are very disappointing. The ordering process is quick. The delivery of drinks and food is notably slow. It’s nice that someone would bring you snacks, beer or eats.

The prolonged wait for delivery makes you suspect you could do better by serving yourself & your group. It’s a great theatre. Hope the delivery kinks get resolved ASAP.
