I HATE this place. I frequent the H street location. They're happy hour is literally the price their weed should be. The never have anything in stock and when they do it's always mid and most of it you can get from a plug for cheaper and it be the exact same thing. I'm so upset I just wasted my time going to the H street location once again to be disappointed.

None of the shops are ever open I just wasted money to get here and they aren’t even open the 9th street location says it will be open at 12pm here it is 2:40 and doors are closed I call no answer this has happened several times it’s ridiculous honestly no respect for the customer.

Loved this spot BEWARE the short cashier with short dread locks!!!! I walked in today for the usual and he had a strange energy from the door, and upon my entry and placing my phone in the basket, he made some comment about keys for some reason ( my pockets were indeed empty except for my keys at that point)..? when he pulled the wand to scan me, he asked me to turn around.... (Today I'm wearing very short denim shorts w my boots and it all felt very inappropriate) This is my fourth cashier @ all American and have enjoyed my experience most times so far but never have they asked me to TURN AROUND.. not to mention I was wearing short shorts He could very well see I wasn't concealing anything... I felt like he was gonna ask me to bend over next, I just told him no one here has ever asked that I turn around for them, just thanked the guy, took my phone back and left-- VERY QUICKLY But WHOA seriously if you're going in the shop and the cashier is 5'5" - 5'10" with short dreads... GET OUT

The young lady who waited on me is always so friendly and helpful to me, the guy who doesn't even know the difference between indica and sativa...LOL! Parking in the neighborhood makes it free with a brisk walk to their door...

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Unreliable and unprofessional-- I would give ZERO stars if I could. I placed TWO orders for delivers, with confirmation numbers included and they never showed up. I called to confirm the first order and it somehow was not in the system. I called again and actually confirmed the second order and still nothing. When I called for the third time, my call gets forwarded to voicemail. I called back about three more times and it became obvious that they were dodging my calls. Do yourself a favor and order from Exotic Blooms instead. Save yourself the unnecessary waiting and headache. Never spending another penny at this unprofessional establishment.

I would go to another spot. So far I've been here twice and they didn't have anything I was looking for (which is a common sativa cartridge). Then they told me to go to the H st location. Which I did (16 minutes drive and 15 minutes to find a parking spot) to find out they were closed (Sunday at 3pm). They don't have their stuff together, find a better place.
