Rude rude rude women that work here. Completely lack customer service and friendliness. Blatantly bad mouth you to other customers as you walk away because they dont have the energy to describe what drinks they have. Gross behaviour.
Could not understand half the words out of the cashier's mouth. They messed every single part of our order up. Fries instead of chips, pulled pork instead of chicken sandwich. Just wow what a terrible experience.

Cold food, bad service, make sure you check your reciept, and food when they hand it to you. Convenient location.

Overpriced, not very good, they could at least offer some reasonably priced bottles of water. But they don't. You are better off going to find a nearby food truck instead.

After walking around for a couple of hours, a little snack is needed. The simple food they serve is SUPER EXPENSIVE and the employees are SUPER RUDE. Asked one employee where the ketchup, mayo, salt, and pepper, and his reply is "go to the front! Leave me alone" while on his phone, not doing anything 😳. Clearly, someone is in a bad mood, but don't take that out on us! Take ur money elsewhere. The service is by far the worst I've experienced in a long time.
We loved this place! It's simple and the food isn't exceptional, but the true charm lies in its setting. Sitting in that park, watching the birds around you on a winter's midday, is absolutely priceless. The serene atmosphere and natural beauty make it a perfect spot for a relaxing break.
Rushing around Washington DC trying to fit in as much as we could we were thankful for a lunch option right outside the Smithsonian. The drinks were refreshing and the hotdogs and fries hit the spot!
