The sushi is extremely fresh, as the fish products are air shipped directly from Japan. Every single piece is carefully crafted, making the fish delicate, tender, and without too much dark, fishy-tasting parts. The amount of different fish and seafood species is surprising. Customers can enjoy a true chef's table experience in a quiet environment. Pairing the sushi with a nice bottle of Italian sparkling wine, as recommended by the knowledgeable staff, is an excellent choice.
