Javier was amazing and very attentive. It was very disappointing to see only one worker with a big wave of people inside. The manager needs to do a better job and schedule more people during weekends. He was trying his best and working very hard but he could’ve used help.
Service is unbearably slow. One person working for a huge line. But it’s too late because you already order on the screen so you don’t realize how long wait is to pick your flavors and get actual ice cream. Plus she stops to make coffee etc.
Great spot! Super vibey, hangout worthy, DELICIOUS gelato, other treats and beverages, and obviously owner put a lot of thought and care into all the details to make for a great place to take a break from the hussle bustle!
Overpriced for what you get.
Javier and Andre are amazing thanks for the service

Great service by Keyri!
OMG, such a fun place! The ice cream roses they make are absolutely beautiful, and there are so many flavors to choose from. I definitely recommend sampling a couple before deciding. You want to make sure you get one you really love. The staff is super friendly and patient, which made the experience even better. It does get pretty busy, so be prepared to wait, but it’s definitely worth it. Just a heads-up: it’s Georgetown, so it’s definitely on the pricey side — I paid $60 for four ice creams… yikes
SO GOOD OMG.
The gelato was amazing but it was really hard to stay inside the store without A/C. It was extremely hot. I don't know how the staff can work in such conditions.
