This is our family's go to shop for pizzas. We tried it when we first moved to Tenleytown over twelve years ago and continue to order from here. Really good pies, yummy ingredients and friendly folks behind the counter. Living around the corner makes this an added value - pizza in 15 minutes!
This shop is small and family owned. We greeted right away. We had to take time to review the menu as we had never eaten here before. Everything was pretty tasty. The sauce on the pizza is different from any sauce I've tried from various pizza places. My husband ordered the steak and cheese sandwich and although it was good it did not have enough lettuce on it. I had the calzone and it was pretty decent. The cheese pizza was for the entire household and my child really enjoyed...
I ordered an extra saucy cheese pizza with ham and pineapple and it came out exactly as I had hoped!
Four stars because I ordered a side of breadsticks and received a box containing a single slice of pepperoni pizza instead. I should’ve checked the box!
