paid 20 for a drink but what the bartender failed to disclose is that gratuity is included. I was about to tip her and because she didn't have change she said don't worry about it because gratuity already included. smh..if that hadn't happened I wouldn't have known. the thing is they need to say something cus at that point its misleading customers and stealing in my opinion.
