It's okay for a morning stop to get coffee and a baked item, such as a muffin. The wait for something like a bagel with cream cheese can be long. The lines for prepared foods are also confusing. In the morning I usually find a crowd of people trying to squeeze around each other to grab what they want or to get out of the way while waiting for their order. The staff are always friendly.
