Love the foods and place . All employee are very good .
I enjoyed a quick dinner solo before grabbing a flight home. Everything was truly excellent. I enjoyed the aramanagc old fashioned, burgundy escargot and braised short rib. I'd highly recommend Chez Billy if you're visiting Georgetown.
