The brunch I ordered was still cool in the middle (not sufficiently warmed up, had come from the fridge). We were a party of 3 and got automatically charged a 20% tip. They do not have iced tea which I think is a brunch staple. The whole time we were there (brunch on Sunday), there were two other people who sat for brunch.

The service and food were excellent, but it was extremely loud. I would not recommend for families, maybe for friends get togethers. They were also out of several ingredients for their cocktails, but did their best to accommodate. Their phone number doesn't work and they were slow to respond via the OpenTable app, so we thought we might have to cancel the reservation. Overall, good value for a casual brunch.

I headed to Bar Pilar with a large group of friends as an after party for my 40th. Could not have asked for a more welcoming, fun and chill experience. The bartenders were so friendly and accommodating, checking on people constantly and just sharing great energy. We didn’t eat here but the drinks were good and kept on coming! Thank you!

In a word: underwhelming!
While I did not necessarily arrive with high expectations I don’t think there’s much to praise at this locale.
The good: the servers were certainly attentive and chipper (motivated, I would hope, by the default 20% service fee that will be slapped onto your check)
The middling: the burger which I ordered was somewhere between the fare you’d expect at a McDonald’s and a typical sit down chain like a TGI Friday’s (no disrespect to those TGI’s aficionados among you) in that it was small and overly greasy.
Finally, I should call out the surprising detail that there are NO beers on tap here.
Verdict: a slightly below average experience in an unassuming (but hardly eclectic) pub.
The bartender was the only person in the bar the entire time we ate, but the burgers were great and the drinks were good. Thank you for having some mocktail options! Easy and chill place to get dinner before a show at the 9:30 club.

The food here was really amazing. The French toast supremo is great, and the fruit was incredibly fresh. I went with a group of friends for brunch, and everything was also priced really well. They have a great deal for unlimited mimosas. The only downside on the day we went was the speed of service was incredibly slow. I’m not sure if they were having an off day, but the restaurant was barely filled when we first got there (about three tables ahead of us), and we waited close to 45 minutes for our food (for 5 people). Our server also was not super present when we needed refills.
I am giving four stars though because the manager was incredibly apologetic, comped items off our bill, and gave us a free round of shots. So, shoutout to the manager on duty that day.
