I was in here w my son a while ago. I bought my son a cone and within minutes of leaving, the scoop fell off the cone. I returned, ready to pay for a replacement but the staff member figured out what happened and replaced the cone for free. Very grateful for his perceptiveness and kindness!
What can I say it's a typical Baskin-Robbin the only drawback it doesn't have a large variety of flavors but the one great thing is you can get the ice cream birthday cakes at this location.
