Dang it #DunkinDonuts you failed me today. I blame myself for not checking but I expected more! Why are your glazed donuts three different colors? Why do I have dirty grate marks on my glazed donuts? #firstworldproblems! I'll drink your coffee but I will not be happy with the donuts.

I have a chronic illness, Crohn's Disease, that requires frequent bathroom trips. I have a medical card, given by my doctor, that is explains my condition and states I require bathroom usage. Despite viewing my card and explaining the situation, and purchasing gas, I was told I still wasn't allowed to use the restroom. I do plan to report this establishment for discrimination against the disabled.

Very poor customer service. As lady called Miaza was very nasty. There’s no management after 6pm according to her. Forget asking for baskin Robbins the lady said it’s not a baskin robbin even though the website states that. Mind you she is not a manager. I drove 30 mins bc it said 24 hrs drive thru and have never experienced this from a baskin Robbins so if you would like late night snacks please do yourself a favor and go to the baskin Robbins in Hyatsville. They have great customer service there.

would give zero stars if i could. the lady who helped me stared me up and down like i had four heads or she had possibly never seen a person before. i told her i wanted unsweetened tea and she gave me sweet tea. i hate sweet tea. she was incredibly hostile and rude--she literally rolled her eyes at me and practically shooed me away when i asked her what some of the flavors were because many were not labeled or were labeled incorrectly. don't go here unless you literally have no other option.

I recently ordered from this Dunkin' location via UberEats. I got an old fashioned donut and 25 munchkins. My old fashioned donut was really yummy and fresh! And my munchkins were perfectly assorted. I got a wonderful mix of all flavors. I even noticed that I was gifted an extra one! Thank you so much :)

The employee didn't speak English very well, and got out soft serve order wrong. Then lied and told us "it was the last one" as if the machine broke on our order....do better! Definitely my last time going there

They were lazy. They switched the flavor of my order. When I asked them to correct it, they told me they were out of soft serve icecream. I feel like it was an excuse...that they just didn't want to fix my order. Overall poor service.
Don't even come tomorrow this place if you want ice-cream... All they have is soft serve. It shouldn't even be call a Baskin Robbins!
