The food is fantastic, I am frustrated that they continually send out food that is under the label weight. I have reported this a number of times but the practice continues, it seems a bit deceptive to allow this practice as customers are not getting what they paid for. Update (7/2/2022). I continue to receive under weight meals from this company, with the premium price charged I assume they are just trying to increase their profits since nothing has been done to correct this. It's happening too frequently to be just random error or oversights, seems to be systemic. My next step will be a report to the DC weights and measures department as this is beginning to feel like consumer fraud.
