This is one of the best Thai places in the city. Came on a Monday before a concert. No crowd in the restaurant but it was nice to see how many to go orders they were getting. There was always someone waiting to pick up food. Food was made quickly and tasted amazing. We got the egg rolls and chicken pad Thai. Will always come back here!

This was My first time in Beau Thai and even having Thai Food. I had the Panang Curry with Pork and white rice. It was so so good. I only came in because they were playing the Ravens Game, I'm so glad I did the food was amazing. I came right before they were closing but they still took My order. I had no idea what to order so the Bartender gave a great dish to try. There is plenty of table seats and a bar with stools. The place was very clean and Food came out very quickly.

The food itself was good but I don’t understand why they are charging $4 extra for 3 shrimps

I’m an Uber driver. I don’t know how their food tastes, but despite preparing dozens of orders, every single one is always ready. The staff are always friendly, good-natured, and sincere. Even if the order isn’t ready, they immediately go inside to check.

By far, this is the restaurant in DC that helps Uber and DoorDash drivers the most.

Overall we enjoyed Beau Thai. We got the drunken noodles w/ beef and the kitchen special spicy fried chicken and rice (it had a fancy thai name that I don't recall). The Drunken noodles were REALLY spicy cooked very well. The beef was delicious. The fried chicken and rice was a much more
tolerable spice. I liked the dish but it felt a little dry and dull. Everything was cooked very well, and I enjoyed it. But it was mainly just rice and chicken. It would have been nice to have a sauce or maybe some additional ingredients in the rice. But I would come back here again and try other meals.

Great restaurant - I lived upstairs for over a year and this was one of my staples. Particularly love the curries, but my friends have gotten rice and stir fry dishes and said they were great as well. Only qualm is that it’s a little expensive for what you get, but that can be said about most places in DC.

Within walking distance of the convention center and Green Line metro, Beau Thai is a casual gem that delivers on both flavor and hospitality.

From the moment you're greeted at the door, the friendly service stands out: attentive, quick, and always with a smile. Our server used a handheld Toast POS system, making the entire dining experience seamless and efficient right at the table.

The atmosphere strikes a great balance: clean and bright, thanks to large windows and thoughtful lighting, with a playlist that adds to the laid-back yet lively vibe. Outdoor seating is available and looked like a great spot to unwind on a nice day. There are also larger tables, making it a good choice for groups.

The food is the real highlight. I ordered the Pad Thai with fried tofu, and it was excellent! Generously portioned, packed with flavor, and beautifully presented. The sauce was spot-on, and a surprising touch of radishes added a fresh crunch and pop of color that elevated the dish. There were so many other dishes on the menu that sounded excellent and I can’t wait to return and try more!

Wine pours were generous, and the prices across the board were very reasonable. There's also a full bar, including a summer-perfect Frosé (frozen Rosé cocktail) that I’ll definitely be trying on my next visit.

If you're looking for a casual lunch or dinner, Beau Thai is well worth a visit!

The host was rude and turned us away 15 minutes before closing. Not a great first impression.

This place was a treat! They had no public restrooms which was a little disconcerting. Other than that, the fare and service was good.

I picked up my food from this location and the whole team was so nice to me! They repacked all of my food into my bag to ensure I could get home without any spills. 10/10 recommend visiting!

Food is very seasoned and taste. Amazing, you can taste the difference in culture when eating this food! I would definitely recommend it. Although it is on the higher side.

I have eaten here a few times. The food is pretty good and the location is convenient. I don’t think it’s anything special though.
