The pizza uses authentic ingredients which is my main reason for going. Their jumbo slice is the biggest in the area and well worth the price.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars for the other categories is because for service, sometimes you walk up to the counter and there's nobody to be found. And also, this place isn't really a place you're likely to eat in, even though there's seating available.

Everything is perfect
In town visiting Howard University and found this gem from my Instagram feed. Tried the jumbo slice and loved it! The fact that they were open late made it even better. I'll visit again before I leave town.

Duccini's Pizza is a delicious neighborhood spot on U-Street, known for its New York style pizza and for being open super late. The pizza is incredibly delicious and the slices are ridiculously huge, offering great value. The crust has a good crunch but still a doughy finish. The workers and manager are incredibly kind and friendly. The sides are also always on point. It is considered the best pizza by some and is highly recommended for a jumbo slice that is exactly what it should be.
