I visited Ben & Jerry’s today, and Aaron provided excellent customer service. He greeted my husband and I warmly, offered us a few samples, and gave helpful recommendations. I ordered the non-dairy chocolate/coffee/caramel ice cream, which was very tasty, but I enjoyed the strawberry flavor even more. The portion sizes were generous for the price, and overall, the experience was very satisfying.

I had a really great experience today at the ice cream shop, thanks to an outstanding employee named Milan. From the moment I walked in, Milan greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made the visit more enjoyable.
She was patient and helpful as I decided on flavors, offering great recommendations and even letting me sample a couple options. You could tell she really knew the menu and cared about making sure I got something I’d love and I did!
I’ll definitely be coming back, and hope to be helped by Milan again. Employees like her make all the difference!

A little pricey but I expected to pay $12 for 2 flavors and 2 sprinkles on The Wharf. A nice summer treat and a very clean shop!

This Ben and Jerry’s was a complete ripoff. I ordered two scoops and payed about ten bucks and the dish of ice cream was barely one scoop at any other place.
