Came here on a freezing, windy night so expectations may need to be adjusted. First, I never knew about this place until friends recommended it that lived in the area. You basically need to enter a lobby and get in the elevator that points you automatically to the floor of this bar. Good times at this place. It is small inside but does have a good size outside area. It's part of the Hilton so if you are staying would be good place to start or finish your night. I went right around sunset, so the scene was beautiful as it overlooked the wharf walk, and you can even see the bonfire when it's lit. I didn't have any food, but I heard people saying it was good.
