It’s a Ben and Jerry’s. They have all the ice cream. The staff is nice mid day on a weekday. The lone worker on a recent weekend eve was overwhelmed. Your mileage may vary. Life is short. Eat some ice cream.
Shantee customer service is top-notch. She was quick to greet, genuinely helpful, and clearly care about me as a customer. She took the time to listen to my order, and went above and beyond what I expected. It’s refreshing to see an employee stand behind its products and treat customers with kindness and respect. Great service that truly lives up to its reputation!
