I visited Ben & Jerry’s today, and Aaron provided excellent customer service. He greeted my husband and I warmly, offered us a few samples, and gave helpful recommendations. I ordered the non-dairy chocolate/coffee/caramel ice cream, which was very tasty, but I enjoyed the strawberry flavor even more. The portion sizes were generous for the price, and overall, the experience was very satisfying.
I had a really great experience today at the ice cream shop, thanks to an outstanding employee named Milan. From the moment I walked in, Milan greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that instantly made the visit more enjoyable.
