Sadly, an ingredient was in the food that was not mentioned - beans. Highly allergic. Would have been nice since all the other ingredients were listed. Waste of money and time and no dinner.
We visited from Florida and had read about Ben's Chili bowl and decided to give it a try since it has existed since 1958. I must say it was a huge disappointment. We ordered the famous spicy half smokes, a large chili bowl and just a veggie hot dog. First, they have no prices on the board. My friend wanted the hot dog with nothing on it. They served it as a single hot dog sliced in half completely dry and look absolutely disgusting and inedible. The price for the single small hot dog it wasn't even jumbo was $10.99. The large chili ball which is not really large was $9.99 and it wasn't even that good. My famous spicy half smokes is really just a regular hot dog with chili on top of it and you cannot taste what it's made of. I said to the two women behind the counter I can't believe that single dry hot dog that looks inedible is $10.99. She said well that's what you ordered lol I told her I can't eat it and it looks disgusting. I don't know what person would give a rating to Ben's chili bowl anything more than one star it is absolutely disgusting. You have been worn and I would never set forth in that place again. Our bill was almost $34 and we ended up leaving and went to another place to eat because we were still hungry.
**** Important. This location is only open when there is an event in the convention center.

Excellent experience, excellent food, and excellent service! Thanks Lenny!
The place is in a convention center closed to the public. Do not let the pictures of the outside of a resturant fool you. There is no resturant to walk into off the street
This location is only open when there are conferences taking place. It is closed to the public.
Interesting place in an area where you shouldn't be out in the dark. We couldn't test the food because we simply weren't served at the counter. But the store is very rich in history with lots of photos.

The airport location has terrible service. It only takes Mastercard vouchers from American Airlines and it does not take debit cards without chips and according to Matt the manager he blames it on his credit card terminal. The way I see it money is money take it how it comes but you don’t have to worry about me giving it a 3rd try I’ll spend mines elsewhere.
I went during the AI expo at ash carter exchange, where I took a break at Ben's for lunch.
I had ordered Chilli Cheese Fries, and had no idea they have non-veg options as well. When I started eating it, I found they had an extra ingredient on it. When I check online, to my surprise I got to know they can add beef in it as well, I thought even my order had beef. Since I don't eat beef, I went to Maria & Jay, the cashiers(sorry if I am wrong with the names) to let them know I got a wrong order. They were so cooperative, they instantly put another veg option for me and got me that. We later on realised that both were veg options. They still happily accepted my mistake and didn't even charge me for another order. I definitely loved the service, and would definitely visit Ben's whenever I get a chance.
5 Stars to the Food and its quality (The price is slightly higher)
But 5+5 Stars to both the cashiers for their exceptional service(Make them managers lol).

Excellent service, I attended a conference at the convention and the attention and communication were excellent with their staff. Thanks for the best Big Bens Burger ever

This is a disaster for anybody travelling and walking just to get here. ? No one is allowed to get in unless you are in one of the conferences. Save your steps and get a better meal somewhere else.

We got horrendous food poisoning here from the chili dogs. For $16.50, we got broken old buns, soggy cold fries, and okay chili dogs. We waited in one of three lines with no idea which one went to the "right" line (for the second year in a row of Awesomecon). They only had a couple types of soda and were out of condiments and cup lids. I'm talking zero ketchup to be found at 1pm. Our guts were so twisted and sick that we couldn't eat for three days. Not only would we never ever eat here again, but we have advised everyone not to eat here, either. This convention center seriously needs more food outlets because Ben's cannot be expected to serve hundreds of people without being a major food safety issue. The staff were clearly burned entirely out... after only three hours. Also, there was trash everywhere. Standing in line? Standing by a full trash can. Sitting near the booths? Two full trash cans. Elongated seating? Sticky chairs and, you guessed it, four full trash cans. The whole area reeked. Did I mention the food poisoning from the old food that we paid $16.50 a dog for?

Obama may have been a good president, but he has no taste. Burgers and hot dogs are absolutely uninteresting; the price is not justified.
I was told this location would only be open during events.
