The perfect lunch restaurant. Food: slim menu, all the classics. The combo i had was killer. Service was so fast, I was in and out within maybe 5 minutes. Basmati, lamb meatballs, korma sauce, chickpeas on the side. Like fifteen bucks. Done.

We had a wonderful experience at Bindaas Bowls in DC! The food was delicious — especially the paneer, sweet potato, and spinach kofta, which was absolutely outstanding. The chef even came over to chat with my parents, which made the whole experience warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is casual and perfect for a relaxed lunch while sightseeing in the city. Highly recommend this spot, especially for vegetarians and vegans looking for flavorful, satisfying options.

Glad we chose this place for our afternoon meal. Ordered Masala Chai, Chicken Kathi Roll, Paneer Biryani, Samosa. Good Ambience, excellent food taste. Chef Ajay has pleasant personality and we enjoyed the conversations.

An amazing place if you want to relax after visiting some museums in DC. Staff and Chef Ajay are very friendly. Don't miss to try Vada pav here. Crispy, spicy and yummy.
We are vegetarians, and found few great panneer options.

I LOVE the food here, but they are very stingy with portions. I wish they could be a little more generous considering the prices.

Not the most welcoming staff or inviting space as you are met with trash receptacles immediately upon entering the restaurant causing weird line formations during the lunch rush. There is a bar table in the middle of the floor and the entire setup is just awkward. There used to be seating all the way back to the restrooms when it was Merzi so there just feels like a lot of wasted space. Also, the chef or manager that hovers over staff like a drill sergeant and never speaks to customers despite always being in close proximity is a bit unsettling as well.
