Alright so to be fair this is based off one experience but it was pretty bad. We ordered food and coffee. The coffee order was wrong and somebody took our food. When I politely asked them to remake it I got attitude to the point that they made it halfway then left to take the trash out and then about 10 minutes later we got it. I asked if I could talk with a manager to relay my concerns and they said yeah and nobody came. Place was cool, tucked away nicely in Georgetown.

No Wifi, fyi. But the coffee is excellent.
I was here many weeks ago and the WiFi was down then too. So it just feels like they don’t want laptop workers here, which is totally fine but it’d feel more polite to just state the policy so I don’t waste my time and feel out of place.

Terrible service. Staff work diligently but no method. Line is too long and the waiting time for a cup of coffee is 25 min. This is a very inefficient coffee shop service.
No one at the cashier to help customers with orders, because that employee is preparing the coffee just ordered and paid for!!! No mánager around 👎
No changes whatsoever have been made improving the service. They don’t even listen to customers complaints while waiting on line 25 min to order, pay and get a a simply cup of coffee. Unacceptable

I love the location, it is by the canal where you can walk over the bridge and sit on the swings. Great date/reading spot.

Th food was great but every time I have been there there is no place to sit and eat my breakfast, due to college kids who are hanging out or studying . 70% of them had a cup of coffee that had been emptied hours ago. Some of them had nothing? Not sure the store allows people hang out for hours. This keeps folks like I live in the neighborhood to use it as a place to have breakfast in the mornings or brunch. I know other coffee shops have stopped at, but this place definitely has not.

Dirty terrace filled with BB paper cups and cigaret butts. Tables sticky and dirty. Can employees take turns and screen and clean the outdoor area every 60-90 minutes as l they eagerly turn the screen for the tip?!

It had been a while since I last visited Blue Bottle Coffee, and I went in with high expectations—wondering if the taste had changed over time. Thankfully, it was just as amazing as I remembered! The coffee was absolutely top-notch, the kind that stays on your mind long after you’ve finished the cup. I can’t wait to go back for another visit—this truly feels like coffee at its finest.
