The food is okay. The music makes up for it. Very snazzy place

Atmosphere was good but service and food were terrible. The locations and musicians were good but the hostess was rude, and dismissive. The only with the blue hair, very u professional, and rude.
Food was awful too, 3 chicken tenders for $18 that were hard and not fresh at all.
Terrible experience.

some of my relatives came from out there f town this past Friday and had the most wonderful time at Monty Alexander performance. Ambiance was great and performance absolutely wonderful in an intimate environment interacting with artist. My husband and I always enjoyed it when visiting this place. Most importantly i would like to give a shout out to the lady at the instant seats department. She was the mos attentive and accommodating person who understood our situation and made the changes necessary for us to attend event. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a memorable time with great artists and great ambience!

Super cute place. Very quaint, with a rich musical history.

Great intimate venue! Good place to experience live jazz music. Tonight, Chris Standring really brought the music!

Had a great time seeing Kenny Garrett and his band. The club is very intimate.. seating at tables very close together but nice atmosphere. The food was just okay. We had reservations so there was no wait for a table.

You go there for great live music, not food.

Only premier jazz club in Mid-Atlantic. Likely best outside of NYC. This club has a larger capacity than most. All seats are good. Food and beverages top shelf. Waitstaff on point.

The shrimp was to die for!! It was Incredible! But I didn’t go there for the food.. I went there for the atmosphere and it was even better! The jazz music was beautiful. The crowd was classical and clearly knew how to respond to a performance. The staff seemed a little stressed, but they did quite well. They took care of me. Everything fell into the right place. The building isn’t too small and it’s not too big! It’s a jazz club and it works. Blues Alley jazz Made me fall in love with jazz music! I totally recommend going to this place whether it’s your first or 100th time listening to jazz. Blues Alley Jazz is WORTH YOUR TIME.

The atmosphere is great here!! The food is on point and the entertainment is top notch! Drinks are decent but not super strong. Small venue that feels like your basement. Prices are affordable for middle class crowd..Great experience to attend a show at this place.

Small and cozy. Tight seating. Service was very good and fast. Food is pricey. Guest singer was excellent. Great vibe. No parking, need to park in parking garage across street. Plentiful drink selection. Would recommend.
