Pre-pandemic this place was great, I work in the building and ordered a few times each week. Post-pandemic things have changed.........I've been charged $26 for a $21 meal, I've been charged for extra bugolgi a few times but didn't receive it, you're charged .10 convenience fee (I guess I'm inconveniencing them when I place an order), I ask for no mushroom but often to have to return the order or pull them out the bowl myself, today I placed an order and it took over 35 minutes...read full review
