For a fast food place it’s good. The price is perfect as it’s in an expensive location. I did the beef sandwich and the Sichuan noodles.

The beef sandwich needs more flavor. The beef isn’t seasoned enough but the texture is perfect. A bit of extra scallions or ones baked into the scallion pancake buns would be awesome.

The noddles are really good but have a weird after taste. Mouthwash will clear it up. They’re much better than I expected for the price.

The burger was certainly unique, but I wouldn't get it again. (I expected a bao bun, but it was served on something more like a croissant.) Nonetheless, the wontons were excellent, and I was delighted by the ordering kiosks.

The noodles were spicy. I had takeout but the place was decent and the noise level was low.

Cute, casual hole-in-the-wall in Chinatown with a handful of tables serving up tasty bites.
We sampled the pork burger (which is more like a sandwich) and is a tad on the salty side. It goes great with the milk tea, which we tried in brown sugar and rose varieties. We also tried the adorable piglets (a two-bite red bean bun) and the yuzu green tea, which was super refreshing!

I tried this place months ago and the food was great, went back a second time and regretted it deeply. I ordered the Dry Hot Pot with Lamb and it was awful. Nothing was edible. Not the rice, not the vegetables. Nothing. Waste of money and time.

Bonkers Chinese Burger was solid! Ordering was super easy with the touchscreen self-service setup. The braised beef noodles were legit—noodles were cooked perfectly, and the beef was tender and flavorful. Same with the braised beef sandwich—juicy beef that hits the spot. You can add chili oil if you want some heat, which is a nice touch. Only miss for me was the sui mai—it tasted like the frozen kind, so I’d skip that. Overall, great spot for beef dishes, and I’ll be returning for sure to try other noodle dishes!

Came here with the elderly at home, the environment is clean and tidy, and the food is delicious?

5 stars for the beef noodle soup - soup is delicious and beef is so tender it falls apart when you pick it up with chopsticks.

Wontons are delicate and delicious, if a bit salty. The dumplings are alright, skin is a bit too thick. The pork burger is alright. Broccoli is a pass - seasoning is patchy and too vinegary. Would definitely come back for the noodles.

I know 肉夹馍 (pork Chinese burger). My family grew up in 西安 (Xi’An) which is pretty much the city where the dish originated. My family makes it ourselves here, I will say the flavour is 80% there. It definitely was satisfying to eat, but in my opinion, it felt too oily for my tastes and the meat was in chunks instead of small pieces and shreds. Perhaps they just didn’t “mince” it with the cleaver enough. The prices were reasonable. Considering this was DC Chinatown which is the most gentrified place in DC, this place was a breath of fresh air, providing something relatively authentic. The service was also fantastic.

The environment is clean and self-service, and there is an extra frozen glutinous rice chicken that we didn't order, which made us confused.
The Chaos and Neijia Mo taste good, but the food I ordered is generally on the salty side, and diners with heavy tastes may have a better experience.

Excellent!! The food was hot and made with quality ingredients. The wait time for my food was reasonable due to the fact that it was made to order. As an added bonus experience I noticed and really appreciated the clean and well kept dining tables.

Bonkers' Chinese Burger is a pretty unique spot with some interesting flavor combinations. The fusion of Chinese spices with a classic burger worked well, though it didn’t completely blow me away. The buns were fresh, and the burger was flavorful, but I felt like it could use a bit more punch in the seasoning. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was casual and comfortable. Overall, it's a good spot if you're in the mood for something different, but I think there’s still room for improvement.

Ordered on Uber eats. Found a bug in my soup. The bug is the size of a fly. Worst thing is, I already ate half of the soup when I found it. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. Traumatized.

4.5: While I waited for my food, I watched as they wrapped dumpling after dumpling and I knew immediately I made the right decision.

The spicy dumplings were fantastic. They had the right level of heat with a hint of sweetness and the dumplings themselves were so, so tender. They practically melted in your mouth.

The pork burger was good but the bun needed salt (to me). The pork itself, especially with chili oil added, was perfectly cooked and really flavorful.

Will definitely come back for more dumplings.

A clean, bright place to have a snack or meal. I just wanted a snack and had a very good Braised Beef Sandwich ($7.95) and Yuzu Green Tea ($5).
