5 stars for the beef noodle soup - soup is delicious and beef is so tender it falls apart when you pick it up with chopsticks.

Wontons are delicate and delicious, if a bit salty. The dumplings are alright, skin is a bit too thick. The pork burger is alright. Broccoli is a pass - seasoning is patchy and too vinegary. Would definitely come back for the noodles.
I know 肉夹馍 (pork Chinese burger). My family grew up in 西安 (Xi’An) which is pretty much the city where the dish originated. My family makes it ourselves here, I will say the flavour is 80% there. It definitely was satisfying to eat, but in my opinion, it felt too oily for my tastes and the meat was in chunks instead of small pieces and shreds. Perhaps they just didn’t “mince” it with the cleaver enough. The prices were reasonable. Considering this was DC Chinatown...
The environment is clean and self-service, and there is an extra frozen glutinous rice chicken that we didn't order, which made us confused.
The Chaos and Neijia Mo taste good, but the food I ordered is generally on the salty side, and diners with heavy tastes may have a better experience.
