Stopped in for an early lunch while in DC. Well made cocktails, and excellent food. Superb service, exactly what you expect from the Four Seasons!

My favorite hotel bar. Sophisticated, elegant, yet not pretentious. I'm not a vegetarian but the quinoa burger here is the only place I order a no meat burger. The prime burger is amazing too. Cocktails are fresh. The Sancerre is nice.

Service was extremely slow. Drinks and waters were empty for a while before anyone asked if we would like more. Drinks were lacking any form of complexity and are fruit forward. The restaurant was very loud and made it hard to converse. Food- tuna tartare was bland and lacked acid, steak was dry on the outside like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, sole was so salty and the potatoes were gummy. Very disappointing experience.

Food was very good and service was excellent. Server Sandy and Sommelier Chris took excellent care of us. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the restaurant acknowledged the occasion with a staff-signed card and complimentary sweet treat at the end of the meal. So why just a “Good” rating overall? It is the mathematical average (3 stars) of the ratings in each of the four rating categories: Food (4) Service (5) Ambience (2) - very corporate atmosphere and we were irritated by the constant thumping of music that sounded like it was coming from a ballroom or bar below the restaurant. And the final category Value (1). Our final bill with tax & 22% tip was just a hair over $600. And it simply did not feel like a $600 experience. We have had equally satisfying and dining experiences at other fine steakhouses for much less money.

The food was excellent! The Potomac martini was one of the best drinks I've ever had. Rodolfo, our server was attentive to detail and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended this restaurant.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Bourbon. Andrew was a fantastic waiter, who seemed to have a knack for adapting his style to the guests he was serving. The little extras kept coming, and we frequently looked across the table at each other with a "Wow! Another unexpected delight?"Every dish we had was amazing. Confession--we really indulged during this dinner. We even managed to save room for the S'mores dessert (not really, but it was so good, we made room!). There are no messy graham crackers--in case you were wondering, but the chef did figure out how to trap a campfire scent under the glass cloche and have the server waft it around the table before your first bite. The 14oz Colorado Wagyu Ribeye was definitely one of the top 2 steaks I've ever had, and my wife adored her Maine Lobster Pot Pie. If Bourbon fits your budget, or you are looking to splurge for a special location, I highly recommend the experience!

The New York strip steak was good but not OMG good, requested medium rare, cooked medium. The Snow Crab Appetizer was overly salty. Once we told the servicer we would be splitting our dishes, his demeanor changed and we were neglected. Overpriced and under delivered.

Service was professional, somm was good ... but it's all about the meat. We were there to throw down and 4 of the 6 steaks were just not cooked properly -- badly missed. (The 7th guy's fish was overcooked, too). An expensive disappointment.

One of the best restaurants in Washington DC, the quality of the meat is spectacular although the prices are not cheap at

Went to Bourbon Steak for my husband's birthday and it was a great experience. The fries to start were delicious and the service was great. My husband got the filet and I got the tuna both were amazing. Our waiter recommended the Brussels and Mac and Cheese as sides a which were great. Will definitely be back.

Very nice place, with good management, My experince started out less than stellar, however, the Pilot’s Kevin and Kylan, GM Antonio and Chef came over to make sure my night ended great and it did. The drinks and food were amazing. I would definetly go back again and I reccomend.

Bourbon Steak is highly rated and for good reason. I had the bone in ribeye which was top tier! The mashed potatoes and mushrooms were perfect accompaniments. The service was stellar and I can't wait to go back. The s'mores dessert was heaven on a plate.

This was our first, and likely last, visit to this restaurant. While the overall experience was okay, Bourbon Steak is overrated and overpriced. We were seated in a booth near the bar, and every time the door opened to the courtyard freezing cold air rushed in. The server was okay but not attentive (and we aren't needy), and support staff seemed overly interested in removing glassware to the point they tried to take unfinished cocktails from the table. The food was mediocre at best and while the steaks were properly prepared, the sides and dessert left something to be desired. There are too many other high quality options available in DC to settle for this restaurant.

First time at Bourbon Steak for my husband's birthday. They wrote a card and gave us a free dessert. The food was great, my husband got the filet and I got the tuna steak. The waiter recommended the Brussels and Mac n cheese both were amazing. The fries to start were delicious.
