We visited Brasero for the one night popup of Brisa. The food was incredible from both restaurants. From Brasero’s menu we loved the empanadas and the provoleta, as well as the squid ink bread, the flavors were amazing. The banana chocolate dessert was also a big highlight. This place is absolutely phenomenal! The wine list is frankly a little overwhelming, but our host Christian helped us choose an excellent Malbec that went great with the food. As for the food, everything was absolutely incredible. Best steak I've had in the DMV in years, coupled with some really creative apps and sides that put the Michelin starred places downtown to SHAME. Christian and the whole staff ensured that we got more than a meal: it was a full experience!
