Love the bagels. Good service. Not the biggest fan of their atmosphere inside. Been here a few times. The bagels are definitely worth the trip! Only one real complaint- the bagels are small.
Everyone on Capitol Hill knows that Bullfrog Bagels is the place to go for your bagels, but this little shop at Eastern Market also has the fabulous benefit of having very friendly and sweet staff. This is one of my happy places! If I’m a little bit stressed out after dropping the kids off at camp or school, I come in here and everyone smiles and warmth makes my day so much better. I was looking for a place to enjoy a quick lunch and also sit at a cafe that was cozy and very near the metro, and this 100% did all those things! The bagel absolutely hit the spot and was a very reasonable price for a lox bagel. An easy lunch on a cozy street accessible to the rest of the city!!
