Pretty poorly run operation if you’re ordering online. They won’t call your name, so make sure to ask before your food gets cold. I waited 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time and it was sitting there waiting the entire time. Sandwich was fine.

I came with my kids today and all I can say that they are the best bagels in my city. I have been coming here for years to buy bagels and the employees are very friendly…..( Robert ) the manager there, always looks for a good way to help and solve customers' doubts. I think I've never met a great person like him. All the neighbors around here love him he’s a great guy🫶🏼

Bagels are pretty good but over priced. They recently increased prices by 50 cents per bagel and their pricing signs are incorrect. Panera down the road has bagels that are just as good and priced over 50 cents less.
