Le Chat Noir Reviews
Today was my 1st time eating here and I came with my father for Fathers Day. My father had eaten here several times and wanted me to try it. I liked Le Chat Noir and would come back again. Reasonably priced for higher quality French food.
I saw a black butter fly enter my backpack AND then i woke up with two teenagers in costumes one was wearing a Black cat costume, Restaurant lives up to name
An excellent under-the-radar French bistro. Delicious food (croque madame!). Fine wine selection and great cocktails. Don't pass up dessert! House made ice cream is out of this world!

Le Chat Noir is a charming and crowded restaurant with superb food and service. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the waiters are incredibly attentive and kind. The menu features delicious dishes like braised beef, salmon, steak frites, French onion soup, boeuf bourguignon, and bouillabaisse, ensuring a delightful dining experience. Guests have praised the good steak frites and solid cocktails, creating a nice and unrushed atmosphere. The wine selection is good and fairly priced, with options like a lovely Provence rosé by the glass. Whether dining with family or friends, this restaurant is a great choice for a delightful meal with well-paced service. The free bread is warm, soft, and has a perfect crust, making it a lovely addition to meals like escargot. While street parking is convenient, it can be tricky at times, especially during weekdays when a resident permit may be required in some areas. Overall, Le Chat Noir continues to be a wonderful neighborhood French place that many consider their go-to spot.
