A good option in Union Market. They've updated their pricing - they used to have a deal for 3 buns, but now it's 2 for $11. The spicy fried chicken isn't very spicy. The pork belly was good! It's a small operation and they're moving fast, so not a lot of interaction with customers.
The guy at the counter was super nice. But I needed 8 buns to eat later tonight. I asked him to put them in components, he refused. I won’t want to eat a soggy bun tonight, but now I will have to.Maybe just a little coaching on portions would suffice. Not giving this option for carry out is a bad idea. Please fix.
