As a guest at the Willard I enjoyed breakfast and lunch here. Breakfast was quite hearty. Eggs, bacon and potatoes all right on target. The Croque madame is excellent! For lunch the burger and fries really hit the spot. Service was nice as well. Worth a stop especially if staying at the hotel.
Everything was great. My friend who I was celebrating is French and said “this is the type of French food I eat with my French family.” Which I highly praise. Only issue was staff kept dropping utensils and things in and out of the kitchen which we were right next to. But food tasted delicious and ambiance other than that was great
Incredible meal, beautiful location & service was excellent. So many good choices cannot wait to go back and try other dishes.
Although the price was very reasonable considering the beautiful decor and relaxing ambiance, the food was very subpar. I had the duck with orange sauce: the sauce was nearly imperceptible with just a hint of generic citrus taste, and the duck was so tough and flavorless that I could choke down only a few bites. My wife had the steak frites: the fries were excellent with flavor right up there with McDonald's but meatier, but the steak was weakly flavored and quite tough. Fortunately, it was still better than the duck, and she shared with me. For dessert we shared a dish that combined a fair chocolate base with an imaginary orange sauce. The should change the name to Cafe sans Orange.
Fabulous lunch experience for my son's 30th birthday. The food was amazing, plentiful and well presented. There were 5 people with different dishes, and all were exceptional! The staff was outstanding as well. Super friendly and professional. We will be back!
We ate there twice while visiting DC. First time was five stars all around. Second time, the service was so bad we had to approach the maître'd twice. Once because everyone received their order but one, and after waiting an inordinate amount of time, had to ask the maitre'd to seek out the missing food as no waiter was to be found. Second time we had to approach him because we had waited an inordinate amount of time for our bill.
Delicious food, great service (JP and DiPok, you're the best!), and lovely ambiance. My favorite breakfast in DC!
For a French restaurant, the wine list is an abomination. The food was perfectly fine, but I was hoping for wine at a level greater than what i could find at Safeway.
Our server was excellent!!
Oleksandr did a great job!
We loved our experience!

The location of tables in Cafe Du Parc is better than the tables for the adjacent Occidental. Cafe Du Parc is much more quiet. The Occidental tables are at the intersection and there are food trucks right next to them. Cafe Du Parc is across from a park and very pleasant for outdoor dining in the heart of a busy city. The visual surroundings are nice, and the wait staff were great. The food was very tasty.
Cafe du Parc was the final place we ate on our 4 day trip to DC. We had lunch there before leaving for the airport. The serve Dara was fantastic. He understood that we were under a time restriction and took great care of getting our order in and making sure that the food came out quickly. We had the moules frites (mussels with fries) and a cheeseburger, both were terrific. The outside setting was great and I would recommend this restaurant.
The food is mediocre, pricing is excessive, and service is inconsistent at best. Please review other customer feedback before visiting; regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment.
Unless you want to pay for water without knowledge (two bottles at $20) and have lukewarm coffee ($8 for a cup of brewed coffee), this is not your place. Food is mediocre and the service is, well, very deceptive.
