1331 Bar + Lounge was such a pleasant surprise during our stay at the JW Marriott.
What started as a convenient option quickly turned into a place we genuinely looked forward to returning to. The food was unexpectedly great, with a menu that goes beyond typical hotel dining and delivers on both quality and flavor.

The food quality is good, featuring stand-out dishes like the perfectly cooked steak and buffet options. The breakfast buffet is especially popular, offering a variety of items including cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, toast, cheese, cold cuts, and fruit, all at a good value. The chef at the Omelet station prepares dishes well, and overall, customers enjoy the delicious food and efficient service.
The atmosphere can be affected by sticky dining tables due to over varnishing, and some customers have experienced poor service or worn-out decor. However, many find the atmosphere warm and welcoming, making it a place worth returning to for a satisfying breakfast experience. The bar also offers delicious cocktails, including a basil-infused bourbon with passion fruit juice, and the food choices and taste are surprisingly good, with the crispy chicken sandwich with kimchi aioli and fries being a standout. The bartender, Yitz, is praised for providing excellent service even when the bar is busy.
