The kindest staff and barista! They inform you if there is going to be a delay in your order. Even though it’s crowded in the mornings they make sure to get everyone’s order out in a timely manner!

I know, I know...it is a Stsrbucjs inside a hotel so not a real location. I wanted a trenta black tea lemonade with Stevia. Venti was the largest size. No Stevia. And no black tea, they had to brew it. And they don't take the Starbucks app for payment. And when I got the drink I didn't really order it tasted like fish water.2 for the staff that had to put up with customers expectations that they simply can't meet. I feel sorry for them.

Cierra is an absolute gem of a human!As I went to order an afternoon venti iced chai latte to get me through the rest of my work day, my ApplePay was acting up.
