First of all, all the syrups are housemade which puts Cameo in a sparsely inhabited upper echelon. I couldn't get on board with their summer seasonal syrups which are strawberry and mango based?? I saw in spring they had a tres leches flavor that sounded wonderful. However, I purchased a caramel latte and was blown away by the rich, creamy, decadence. Cameo is my favorite neighborhood spot to grab a latte from. I almost always have the same barista (I believe their name is angel?), so my lavender oat mocha is consistently good. This is my go to place for days when I’m not working and need a little treat. As a fellow barista, thank you for your craft and making my favorite mocha in the city, aside from my own :)
