Caveat that this rating is based off one taco type but man was it superb. How well this was indicates the rest must at least be good or great. Great add to this eclectic food hall.The Roost is awesome as a food hall first of all. You sit anywhere, order and pay through the QR code, but you also get a high level of table service. I shared the Orange Soda Braised Carnitas tacos as an appetizer, and they were amazing!! Lots of delicious crema && melted cheese grilled to perfection. Would highly recommend.
