On June 13, 2025 we did a full buy-out of Carving Room, NoMa for our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner and could not be more pleased with the experience! The level of service and quality was unparalleled. The food served was delicious, diverse and memorable. The presentation of the dinner buffet was stunning, and the table place-settings were beautiful and artistic.

Amazing food, nice people, I was here on travel 2 nights and came both nights. Best lamb I’ve ever had. The flatbread was amazing and the hummus was excellent paired with the warm pita.

Late evening beverage (and excellent martini) with large variety on menu. Chose cauliflower and baba ghanoush which came in bed of rice, surrounded by yogurt with a huge naan. Food OK and carried out a blueberry pudding cake (v good). My daughter said the burgers are fantastic, which aligns with the name!
