Every time I come here, it is a pleasant experience. Everyone I interact with is very nice. Friendliest and best service has to go to Will. Always takes care of me and asks about my day. Amazing employee at this location. Thank you for always making my day when I come by, Will.
the food is always good, but they run out of ingredients fast at this location (especially if you order online you may show up with ingredients missing). They don’t start making your bowl until you arrive for pick up orders leading to long waits. Witnessed frequent altercations between staff and delivery drivers here.
I just had the most amazing experience during a homecoming rush. Not only was the staff nice, funny, and friendly — they ensured they accommodated me and my friends as it was our first time trying cava and made suggestions as well. I will come back to this location just for the staff. Thank you.
