I am a regular at Cava in Upper Rock Cr in Rockville MD, their staff is friendly and with good manners. My 3 years old love their Pita Kid.Today (Saturday 2:00 pm) I was in DC and stopped at Cava in Columbia Heights (Big mistake) looking for the same experience I usually have in Cava but instead the service included a rude staff member and food poorly served. Waste of money, neither my son or me could eat it.

This particular Cava I need to shoutout one of the younger employees with braces. I called and he brought my food out to me because I was running late and he was so kind! The food was also delicious and the restaurant is in a busy spot by the metro so very accessible. Thanks to this employee. Go Cava

Absolutely do not go to this cava location if you want your order correct. Here are the ordered they've messed up (obviously no longer going out of frustration): - first order since moving here, missing rice from bowl, missing pitas. - second order missing pitas. - third order, they actually got it right, faith restored. - fourth order, forgot my drink so they got it for me, checked for pita to be sure. Not there so asked for pita, employee walked away from me. No thanks, plenty of other options, which frankly seem busier for good reason.

Cava is the tastiest!It’s the food my body craves. It makes me feel good after eating, but sometimes I get a stomach ache because I can’t stop going back for more bites. Saving for later is near impossible.This location is very convenient to get to, very quick, and everyone here was helpful.Elmer made great recommendations with my meal. I’ll be back!
