This is by far the WORST Cava location known to man. Portion sizes here are extremely small considering a bowl is about $14. I could for sure count the pieces of chicken I receive. And don't even think about griping to them about the portion sizes because they will play "woe is me" and pretend as if their portion sizes are normal. I can assure you they are not as I have never complained about portion sizes at any other Cava. This is utterly ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Might I add the employees barely speak English which as someone who speaks Spanish I don't have an issue with but I feel for other paying customers who have to encouter this. Their food is always cold. I actually don't think I've ever had a warm bowl from them. While some of their employees are nice, others are rude or simply have an attitude. If a manager sees this, please take these issues up with your team so this can STOP happening. This will be my last time visiting this location. Something must be done!

I always create my own bowl and haven’t had any issues with portion sizes, thankfully. The staff is friendly and food is great. Love it for a quick and healthy meal!
