Very nice restaurant. We went with two vegans and they had plenty of menu choices. All was delicious. Scallops by the non-vegans were delicious. Entrees of rack of lamb was a bit small on the portion. The stuffed quail was nicely done. Dessert of a chocolate concoction was very good also, but a bit tiny.
Despite an unpromising start -- down a very long flight of stairs, to a completely empty dining room, where we were seated in lonely splendor at the opposite end from a small, lively bar, with only the bartender to wait on us -- we had a LOVELY meal. The food we ate was excellent! The pre-theater prix fixe included a fine salad, a delicious bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin (among three choices) and a nifty coffee crème brulée. Nothing special to be honest. I guess pictures were taken quite well but I did not find this place particularly delightful as I was expecting. The interior of the restaurant was quite nice though. I suppose that's a selling point.
