Had a fantastic dinner here! Service was fantastic and food was delicious - the chorizo dumplings were especially good. And loved the ambiance.

Second time to Ceibo and it once again did not disappoint. Start first with the excellent, interesting, and perfectly made craft cocktails. Next move on to the food, everything is exceptional and intriguing. It's hard not to order the entire menu. You can't quite place the food concept; part Latin flavors, part Italian, part Asian, but how this team has put it together just works. Each dish is beautifully plated and with appropriate portions for a filling meal. Everyone reported their dishes to be both delicious and unexpected. One of the most exciting food experiences in DC right now. Last, the restaurant itself is minimalist, but reminded me of a hip restaurant in Mexico City. The tables are nicely spaced apart so you don't feel you are eating with your neighbors and the noise level is lively but not loud, so you can have a relaxed conversation with your dinner mates. The dining space is split between an upper level and a lover level. The bar is on the lower level, so feels a bit more lively than the upper level. All around a wonderful experience and a fantastic addition to the AdMo/DC dining scene.

What a pleasure to come to a place that cares so much about the food being served and your experience as a guest as soon as you walk-in. As gaúchos we couldn’t be more proud and excited about having Ceibo in the neighbourhood- what a delight! Everything was fresh, innovative and delicious. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The best restaurant I've had in DC in a yearThe second floor space feels warm, perhaps thanks to the yellow lights and sunlight. We added dessert to the Spring Wine Fling - 2 courses + wine pairing - and I especially liked the appetizers, the white wine paired with the yellowtail dish among the first courses, the plum dish, and the sweet potato dish among the desserts. The staff are also friendly and friendly. Many intention to revisit

Only one word describes our dinner @ceibodc - PERFECTION! One of the best meals in our time in DC. The service was personal and attentive - we were checked in on regularly, never had an empty glass and were impressed by the genuine desire to ensure the happiness of their guests - many in the district should learn about hospitality from this star team. The cocktails were delicious and balanced. The wines were delicious and paired well with the food. The food was the true star - simple yet complex, thoughtful and ultra flavorful. The salad was the best example - simple greens, herbs, incredible bread squares and Parmesan- was fresh and was among the best salads I’ve ever eaten. The crudo was likewise bright and had a hint of heat with fresh hamachi. The leak tart was an explosion of flavors and textures with a butter pasty. The eggplant was spicy and flavorful thanks to spiced crunchy breadcrumbs. The shrimp “rice pudding” was an umami bomb of shrimp with crunchy and chewy notes in the rice - sublime! The mackerels was beautiful with a citrusy bone marrow granita that added richness and bright notes - the smokey skin worked flawlessly with the warm veggies sides. The meal ended with further surprises - sweet potatoes that was literally like a piece of candy in a bath of honeyed liquid, a creamy whipped ring dotted with dark chocolate and all infused with fall spices - not too sweet but something I’m still dreaming about. The quince-cheese tart was equally complex and delicious - the sweet tart quince with a salty snow of Parmesan was unique and tasty. Hands down one of the top meals - a place I CANNOT wait to return again and again!

What a delicious (and fun!) experience. I ate at Ceibo tonight with a girlfriend; we shared the winter veggies, pickled eggplant, and rice pudding. The menu is written in a way where you can’t quite tell what the dish is or how it will be presented, but just ask your waiter for guidance. Ours (Denis) was amazing and helped us make our choices; perfect amount of food to share and have room for the Sambayon ice cream as dessert. Will be back!

Super-delicious food in a sophisticated but unpretentious environment with knowledgeable, friendly service. Most of the small-ish menu is gluten-free, although it's not reflected in the online menu. I'm lucky to be in the neighborhood and can make myself a regular.

This has quickly become one of the my favorite places in the city. I've only sat downstairs so far. I've been three times and the food has always been great. They've changed a few things of the menu, but it's stayed mostly consistent. Please NEVER take the herb salad off the menu. The dumplings in broth are so good. I could drink the cabbage dashi broth by itself. I've only had the quince dessert which wasn't overly sweet and reminded me of an Italian cheesecake. Very good. They have a fun wine list with lots of options from Uruguay which you can only get at a few stores in DC.

This place is a gem. Cozy ambiance, especially downstairs. Lovely bar. We had great cocktails, the food was outstanding and creative. We also got a bottle of Uruguayan wine that was excellent and paired nicely with the food. Our server was so warm and enthusiastic, some of the best service I’ve had in a while. Finally, we appreciated the pacing of the meal. Two dishes came out at a time so we could enjoy them slowly and before you know it, the next set arrived. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The bar was excellent but the food was a mix bag. Some of the items were amazing and some were okay.

I just tried this new restaurant in Adams Morgan, and I loved it. I eat out all the time. This was a real treat. They describe it as European cuisine with South American ingredients. That sounds right to me. A delicious winter vegetable chopped salad wrapped in prosciutto (sorry vegetarians, but you can get prosciutto on the side), veal tongue with fresh, pungent and piquant toppings, the most delicious evening special of Wagyu beef cannelloni, a leek tart with foam of some sort, potato chips with sour cream foam and truffle shavings. Very creative. The food is strangely consistently soft, and also DELICIOUS.

True to form based on WP review this meal was excellent and nothing disappointed. Dishes are creative South American Uruguayan with a European nouvelle cuisine twist. We started with complementary tartlets prepared by the chef. Then a bread plate with eggplant tapenade, herb butter, and olives. A toast including excellent Manhattan, Uruguayan wine, Swiss chard croquettes, vegetable creation, shrimp with rice, leek tart, various desserts.
