Second time to Ceibo and it once again did not disappoint. Start first with the excellent, interesting, and perfectly made craft cocktails. Next move on to the food, everything is exceptional and intriguing. It's hard not to order the entire menu. You can't quite place the food concept; part Latin flavors, part Italian, part Asian, but how this team has put it together just works. What a pleasure to come to a place that cares so much about the food being served and your experience as a guest as soon as you walk-in. As gaúchos we couldn’t be more proud and excited about having Ceibo in the neighbourhood- what a delight! Everything was fresh, innovative and delicious. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The best restaurant I've had in DC in a yearThe second floor space feels warm, perhaps thanks to the yellow lights and sunlight.We added dessert to the Spring Wine Fling - 2 courses + wine pairing - and I especially liked the appetizers, the white wine paired with the yellowtail dish among the first courses, the plum dish, and the sweet potato dish among the desserts.The staff are also friendly and friendly.Many intention to revisit
