Ceibo Reviews

Ceibo is a highly praised restaurant that provides an exceptional dining experience. The service is noted as friendly, attentive, and accommodating, with staff making guests feel welcome. The food is described as creative and delicious, with many highlights such as the duck dish, hamachi, eggplant, dumplings, and sea bass. The dumplings are unusual and served in a tasty broth, while the emulsion with the sea bass is considered amazing. Customers enjoy sharing multiple dishes, including the steak tartare, Humo, pear dish, crabcake, and the eggplant and mushroom appetizers. The black cod entree is often described as stupendous and fantastic. The wine list offers great choices by the glass at reasonable prices. The atmosphere is warm and sophisticated, creating an attractive dining room that can be a little loud when busy but still allows for easy conversation. Overall, Ceibo offers a lovely way to spend an evening, leaving diners eager to return.
