The food at Ceibo is creative and delicious. We enjoyed eveything, sharing the hamachi, eggplant, dumplings and sea bass. The dumplings are unusual, served in a delicious broth. The emulsion served with the sea bass was amazing. The wine list is reasonable and includes great choices by the glass. The service is friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Absolutely delicious food. Absolutely amazing service. We came after Adams Morgan fest for my mother’s birthday dinner and had a wonderful time. I would absolutely go back. Everything we ate was delicious.

Very sophisticated atmosphere!! I went on a Friday night for dinner & the vibes were immaculate. The food was great to say the least and also very surprising. I suggest ordering multiple dishes for the table and sharing. Also the staff here were very friendly & accommodating! One thing I regret was not trying the chocolate cake :(
