We had such a wonderful experience at Char Bar! My husband, his close friend, and their family joined me for dinner here, and it was truly amazing. The atmosphere was lively and full of energy — yes, it was a bit loud, but that’s only because the restaurant was so busy, which is always a good sign. Despite the crowd, our order came out quickly and everything was absolutely delicious.
The service was outstanding. We were running late from an event and called to ask if they could hold our reservation for 30 extra minutes. Without hesitation, they said “of course,” and when we arrived, our table was already set with menus waiting for us. That thoughtful touch made us feel so welcome.
Another huge plus is how many gluten-free options they offer — such a rare and much-appreciated detail!
Overall, this is a warm, inviting place with fantastic food and truly kind staff. We left so happy and satisfied, and we will definitely be back again. Thank you, Char Bar, for making our evening so special!

Compliments to the chef! The steak, tender meat on the crispy nachos, perfectly seasoned tacos with guacamole on top.. the only thing missing was the delicious mushrooms that were served back in an old Eli’s Place.

Yum, yum. We had driven all day and were hungry. We were not disappointed. The server was very attentive and accommodating. The place was moderately full but didn't feel crowded.the food came fairly quick. Everything was tasty and fresh. Sometimes there's an item that's not good, but all our orders were delicious. The ice cream was the only thing I wouldn't order again. Will definitely come back.
