Worst cfa I’ve been to, gone 3 times now and they’ve been extremely slow with mobile orders and they never give you the sauce you ordered

Always nice and fresh. Sandwiches are good and tasty. Waffle fries are crunchy and delicious. Their chick fil a sauce is spectacular. There is always wait time when you order and pick up. Limited tables to sit and eat there.

Can’t share pictures of a meal I did not receive, twice! How do you package and send out condiments and a shake WITHOUT THE ENTREE ON THE RECEIPT ON THE BAG. Never ordering from here again.

Every morning I stop pass this store for breakfast before heading into work. I’ve been doing it for the last 6-7 months. I normally pick up my order, receiving no words (I.e., good morning, hello, how can I help you) and sometimes the workers have their back to the customers in the pick up location. How it takes two people to open a bag and stuff it with one order is beyond me. But whatever. Today, the associate Bladimir greeted me, gracefully handed me my food & drink, instead of placing it in the counter top nearest them w/o a slide order, and even sent me off with a “thank you, you have a blessed morning”. That was enough to start a day on an awesome note. I totally appreciate him, I feel like my chicken biscuit may taste better. lol

Went in to order at the counter versus mobile for the first time and damn what a horrible experience. Unorganized and slow line, inattentive service, and I couldn’t log in my rewards account when I finally got to place an order.

Whatever you do, DO NOT follow the signs they have plastered on every wall to go to the pickup area for your carry out meal… they will not acknowledge you standing there; they will not say a word to you; they will act like you’re a nuisance when you finally ask about your order that has been sitting behind the counter the whole time. TAKE THE SINAGE DOWN.

Well, the place looks good to eat alone.

I have been in this store several times and it has been a disappointment every time. The dining room is always filthy, my order has regularly been inaccurate and they have refused to correct the error, and the staff. especially the management is rude to customers across the board. It's a busy store, and they use that as an excuse as to why they do not live up to the CFA brand experience. Pick another location if you want an accurate border and experience with a non-rude staff.

It’s a shame that Chick-fil-a charges wayyyyyyy more in the hood than in other locations. I’ve never paid $3.00 for a catered bag of ice. ICE!!!!!!
