I ordered online with the app. It said my order would take 1-3 minutes. I waited for 30 minutes and still no food. The employees said they had no idea where I was in the queue. The whole restaurant was filled with people waiting for orders. Many others had been there for over 30 minutes. Never go to this place and the app is not accurate in terms of wait time
Ridiculous. ONE large order for carryout brought this place to a halt. Those of us waiting for our food saw it sitting there. I had to stand there FOREVER. Lousy customer service. Where was a manager to address the issue????
I’ve never been there so I don’t what manufactured this review. And I will never go there,
