Every-time I order from here they butcher my order the club sandwich is ALWAYS made incorrectly and the fries are never fresh maybe you guys need to do a better job at training your team because they obviously don’t know what they are doing.

This location is extremely unprofessional.
we were charge for meal, but it was left out, they served a knowingly flat Coke from Ala broken machine and did not inform us until after we came the second and there was multiple hairs in one of the meals will not be going back.

Worst Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich ever tasted. Bland, cold cheese, barely warmed up bun and chicken. Milkshake tasted okay but leaked through the lid and the cup was very sticky that I had to cover with a napkin. Not a great experience and would not visit again.

Do not place online orders at this location… unless you want to find half your meal missing. Twice now I have ordered here and find half of my order missing.
I have escalated this to corporate and hope they look into why this location runs so poorly.

Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy calling customer service hotlines for refunds to make up for their ineptness when it comes to order accuracy.

Hello there, hope this helps in the future. I noticed the Drive-thru line was building up so with breakfast time nearly ending I parked my truck to walk up and order. There wasn’t many people in line, it took over 10 minutes for the FOUR things I ordered, my drink came out mostly immediate so I was fine waiting. The only problem I had with the “wait” is that everything felt catered to the “Pick-up” orders, as they came & went. I am glad I got to enjoy breakfast, just thought this Maryland Ave location would be better with the service of all customers not some.
