I came here a few days ago tryna get me some food, right? Tell me why this girl—think her name was Jamakkah or somethin—was too busy runnin’ her mouth with her lil crew to even notice me standin’ there. I tried to get her attention and she hit me with the nastiest attitude like I was interruptin’ her break. Girl, this your job, not a group chat! I don’t know what kind of customer service y’all tryna give, but that ain’t it. Do better and teach your staff some manners before you lose more people.
While the Chik Fil A food meets the standard set everywhere this branch’s customer service is below average. Recently we spent almost $100 on dinner for only four people only to get home and identify we were missing a plain sandwich and a macaroni and cheese. I returned and let the manager know. Without apologizing they produced a sandwich and Mac and cheese. Upon again arriving home my wife was disappointed to find her sandwich was not plain. We did not return to rectify the issue and likely won’t return at all.
This food is better than the one on H st or union station but I cannot figure out why they are so stingy on the sauces?! I have a sandwich fries and nuggets why do i only have 2 sauces? I constantly have to ask and dont let management be there they will get a whole attitude over sauce doesnt seem very much aligned with their typical customer service wondering if i should complain to corporate lol
This is the worst Chick-fil-A. They should close it down entirely.
The service is horrible. It holds up traffic. I purposely drive 10 minutes away to avoid this Chick-fil-A. They cut the store hours short due to poor staffing. I tried to give them a chance today because they extended their hours, but the service is still horrible. Shut it down completely
They used to be fast but now I spend way too much time stuck in the drive through. Line
Difficult to navigate/enter the drive thru
Why have the evening hours changed to close early at 5pm? We use to get dinner at this location but can’t now.
Not good enough for me
Great food and customer service
Closes at 5pm. Totally useless for anyone who lives in the neighborhood and does not work at home. Whose idea was this?

Seriously though why are yall closed at 5pm? Whatever the reason it is I hope it is only temporary. Would have been 4 stars.
I can’t believe I have to write a review about this Chick-fil-A location, but they consistently fail to follow instructions on orders. I’ve ordered from this location many times, often multiple orders of strips or a 30-count of grilled nuggets, and I always request 6-7 sauces. Nearly every time, they only include three sauces, regardless of how much food I’ve ordered.
A few months ago, I called to address the issue, and the manager I spoke with couldn’t seem to explain anything clearly. I called again today, and it sounded like the same person. This time, I was told to call ahead and let them know I want extra sauces. Why should I have to go out of my way to do extra work during my day because they can’t follow simple order instructions?
I made it clear that this isn’t something I should have to deal with—they need to get the orders right. The manager mentioned there’s new management now and no limit on sauces, so hopefully, they can fix this problem. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management sees it and addresses the issue.
End of the world? No. But CFA isn’t cheap and prices only go up. Get this right.
Update:have come here a few times in the last two months and have gotten something wrong every time. Completely lost our mobile order today. As someone with a gluten allergy, it stinks when I can’t count on things always being exactly what I ordered. Might extend the hiatus a little longer.
They always have really nice people working, always get our order right and help to keep things moving pretty quickly. They’re gluten-free options for breakfast are great, because I also like to get it without me so the breakfast bowl with eggs and hashbrowns is amazing. My partner loves the regular breakfast wrap for non-gluten free folks.
This morning, I ordered chicken minis with extra honey butter because I have noticed that the biscuits at this location are often dry. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing, and I hope my feedback can help improve future customer service.
A few weeks ago, I had a similar issue where I requested extra honey butter, but it was not added. On that occasion, I only ate the chicken and left the biscuit. Today, the same thing happened. I decided to return through the drive-thru line to request the extra honey butter that was missing. After waiting in a long line, I finally reached the window and explained the issue to an employee.
They took my box of food and handed it to the cook, who added the honey butter to the existing food. However, the food was cold, and the butter did not melt, leaving me with an unsatisfactory meal. As a former fast-food worker, I was trained that once food has left the customer’s possession, it should not be taken back or modified but replaced with a fresh order.
This practice not only upset me but also raises concerns about food safety. In the end, I ate the chicken and discarded the rest of the meal because it was inedible.
I kindly request that staff are reminded to fulfill specific customer requests accurately and that, in cases where an issue arises, food is replaced with a fresh order rather than being modified after leaving the customer’s hands.
Great quality and good food. Not your average fast food, it's a step above the rest. They have the best customer service in the industry and excels in professionalism. It is a pleasure doing business with such a replicable business.
