It is in a train station it is also apparently a 3rd party location so your app and points are useless here. Spent $60 and get no rewards. Keep it simple, giving 5 stars just because the food and staff was friendly.
You have to manage your expectations for Union Station in general. I wish it was more obvious that this location was an express with different menu options. With that said Ms. Debbie is a breath of fresh air. Before 7 AM that was already a line and the women today were so professional and quick. Hannah especially was the sweetest cashier I’ve ever met, there was a long line behind me, but she took the time to ask me how my morning was and get my name for the order and didn’t rush through and also helped me when I wanted to change something after my food arrived. She and the other kind m, awesome ladies should be seen as exemplars!
