The staff as always was so pleasant, Adamarie was very respectful, and the manager was in the mix with his employees making sure all the orders got out quickly and correctly! He was a captain of the ship that everyone could look up to leading by example and I really admired that
At first the line looked long, but I had my food within 10 minutes and there was about 15-20 people ahead of me. Managers and team lead were kind and took the time to ask about the quality of my meal.
Items missing from my order. Other items were wrong. I didn't get to go back cuz I have to board my flight. Combine this with the higher than average prices and it led to a really disappointing experience.
Chick-fil-A can demand a higher price point because the quality of service. Unfortunately, they failed to meet that expectation on this trip.
